- Once you have paid, you will receive an entry form 24-72 hours after payment that you MUST complete in full and return to the email address given on the entry form. If you have not received your form after this time, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting us.

By continuing to sign up and enter to compete at the GymBodyz hALLOWEEN Gala,you agree that you are fully able to participate in the gala requirements that include an individual T-walk, participate in quarter, turns/quarter turn poses and comparisions alongside other competitors and that you can do so independentaly and without any further and or additional assistance needed. either on stage or backstage at the venue.
You further agree and undertand that no persons will be permitted backstage under any circumstances who are not registered competitors or part of the GymBodyz Staff or AlbanyTheatere staff.
Anyone failing to adhere to these terms & Conditions will not be permitted to participate at HALLOWEEN Gala and no refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances.
