• Wellness Model competitors will be judged as follows:

• 70%-Competitors physique

• 30%-Presentation

• Wellness bikini models must wear a stage bikini and clear heels

WELLNESS MODEL-Physique 

• Be more lower body dominant and carry more muscle mass lower body in the legs and glutes

• Lower body dominance must primarily be from muscle mass and not body fat.

• The lower body must be conditioned to the level of our bikini or sports model category and not to the level that would be expected in our Fitness Model category.

• The upper body should be conditioned to the level of our bikini or sports model category but not to the extent that is expected in the Fitness Model category
