If you want all your hard work with your prep to truly shine onstage then you must pay as much importance to your stage presentation as you do your diet and training.

IMPORTANT- Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, we have very limited spaces at every workshop.
You are strongly advised to book early. Once all spaces are booked up we will close registaration. No exceptions will be made.

This workshop is practical so come prepared to participate and to get involved.
FEMALES-Bring/Wear your bikini's, heels, crop, gym shorts, trainers
MALES-Bring/Wear Gym/Sports shorts.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY FRIENDS/FAMILY TO THE WORKSHOP.THEY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND AND WILL BE ASKED TO WAIT OUTSIDE.
