Your Stage Presentation MATTERS!
If you want all your hard work with your prep to truly shine onstage then you must pay as much importance to your stage presentation as you do your diet and training.

This workshop is practical so come prepared to participate and to get involved.
Females-Bring/Wear your bikini's, heels, crop, gym shorts, trainers
MalesBring/Wear gym shorts-you should be prectising bare chested! no trainers
Spaces will be limited so we recommend you book early.
We welcome everyone to our workshop. You do not have to be competing with GymBodyz to attend.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY FRIENDS/FAMILY TO THE WORKSHOP.THEY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND AND WILL BE ASKED TO WAIT OUTSIDE.
Cost £30 per person
