  • The Male Fitness Model category usually has just one round only. There will be an additional themed round for Halloween Gala ONLY. See additional section below marked 'Halloween Themed Round'
  • You are free to enter as many categories as you wish. Please ensure you enter the correct categories.
  • Once you have paid, you will receive an entry form 24-72 hours after payment that you MUST complete in full and return to the email address given on the entry form. If you have not received your form after this time, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting us.

    The Male Fitness Model category is ONE ROUND ONLY, except at Halloween  Gala which has an additonal themed round. See below for more infomation.

    We have a STRICT "NO REFUND" Policy under any circumstances.

    Please ensure you can compete in the show and category you  have choicen .

  • IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

    By continuing to sign up and enter to compete at the GymBodyz HALLOWEEN Gala,you agree that you are fully able to participate in the gala requirements that include an individual T-walk, participate in quarter, turns/quarter turn poses and comparisions alongside other competitors  and that you can do so independentaly and without any further and or additional assistance  needed. either on stage or backstage at the venue.

    You further agree and undertand that no persons will be permitted backstage under any circumstances who are not registered  competitors or part of the GymBodyz Staff or AlbanyTheatere staff. 

    Anyone failing to adhere to these terms & Conditions will not be permitted to participate at HALLOWEEN Gala and no refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances.

  • Halloween Themed Round

    Every category at Halloween gala will have an additional themed round.

    • This additional round is for you to WOW the Judges and our audience
    • You are free to be as creative as possible in deciding what you wear for this themed round. As long as it is based on the Halloween theme.
    • You must make sure that your outfit is suitable for a family audience. No thongs are allowed. Any see-through items of clothing must have under garments worn.
    • Rounds & categories as follows:
    • By entering to compete at Halloween Gala. You agree to participate in ALL rounds relating to your chosen category/ies
    • IT IS 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO ENSURE YOU ARE ENTERING CATEGORIES YOU ARE ELIGLBLE FOR.
