- IMPORTANT-FOR 2026 OUR NEW REGISTRATION PAYMENT STRUCTURE IS INTRODUCED
- Payment 1-PAY £65 If you wish to enter ONLY 1 CATEGORY.
- Payment 2-PAY £100 and enter 2 categories.
- If you wish to enter any additional categories more than the 2 (for £100), each additional category will be £40.00
- If you pay to enter one category and later decide you want to enter two you will need to pay £40 for the next category, so we strongly reccomend you choose how many categories you wish to carefully.
- MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT PAYMENT OPTION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

By continuing to sign up and enter to compete at the GymBodyz HALLOWEEN Gala,you agree that you are fully able to participate in the gala requirements that include an individual I-walk, participate in quarter, turns/quarter turn poses and comparisions alongside other competitors and that you can do so independentaly and without any further and or additional assistance needed. either on stage or backstage at the venue.
You further agree and undertand that no persons will be permitted backstage under any circumstances who are not registered competitors or part of the GymBodyz Staff or venue staff.
Anyone failing to adhere to these terms & Conditions will not be permitted to participate at HALLOWEEN Gala and no refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances.
