Stage Presentation & Posing

Sports Model (Females)

  • Sports Model competitors will  grace the stage individually to perform their 'T'-Walk wearing their sports attire and heels (please visit here for sports models clothing and heels attire criteria)

  • They will walk forward to stage front,strike  a front pose then transition  into a back pose and transition back to front pose.

  • They will then walk stage right and perform 2 poses of their choice.

  • They will then walk across to stage left and again perform 2 poses of their choice.

  • They walk back to front of stage, acknowledging the audience and judges before they walk to the back of the stage then proceed off the stage to allow the next competitor to perform their 'T'' walk.

  • Once all competitors have performed their 'T' Walk, they will all be called back onto stage for the comparisons to begin.

  • Depending on the size of the category competitors will be called up in groups of no more than 5 at each time. This ensures the judges can get a look at each competitor adequately.

  • Each group will then be taken through their quarter turns by our Head Judge..

  • Quarter turns will always be to the competitors right.

  • Competitors are not permitted to do poses with their hands over head during the quarter turns.

  • Once the initial quarter turns have been seen from all groups, the Judges will decide which competitors they wish to see again  for more  detailed comparisons.

  • The Head Judge will call competitors to the front by their numbers and will position them where they want to see them in the line up.The position of competitors may be changed often during comparisons

  • It is very important during  quarter turns and comparisons that competitors pay careful attention to the directions and instructions of the Head Judge.

  • Once the Head Judge and Judging Team are happy with the comparisons they will thank the competitors and ask them to leave the stage.

  • Poses

  • The Sports Model category is a model category and not a standard bodybuilding  category. Competitors should perform poses , walks and transitions that highlight their physique and personality as a model.

  • Competitors must perform poses wearing their sports attire, trainers/sneakers

  • Judges will not be looking for typical bodybuilding poses such as front double biceps,chest pose etc. Judges will be looking for competitors to have a posing presentation that highlights their physique, from the front,back and sides with smooth transitions.

  • Competitors should NOT bend over to perform their back pose.This will be marked down.

  • NO lewd, obscene or inappropriate poses/gestures will be tolerated.Any competitor doing so will be disqualified.

  • NO PROPS INCLUDING ROLLER SKATES ARE ALLOWED

  • YOU CAN ENTER HERE

female Sports Model

Fitness Model (Male) 

  • Male Fitness Model competitors will compete in 1 round only wearing their shorts, bare chested and bare footed. Please see here for more information on Male fitness models clothing criteria.

  • Competitors will be called to the stage individually to perform their 'T'-Walk

  • They will walk forward to stage front,strike  a front pose then transition  into a back pose and transition back to front pose.

  • They will then walk stage right and perform 2 poses of their choice.

  • They will then walk across to stage left and again perform 2 poses of their choice.

  • Female Fitness Model competitors will grace the stage individually in 2 separate rounds.

  • Round 1 will be in  their sports wear and trainers/sneakers.Please visit here for Female Fitness models clothing and footwear attire criteria)

  • Competitors will be called to the stage individually to perform their 'T'-Walk

  • They will walk forward to stage front,strike  a front pose then transition  into a back pose and transition back to front pose.

  • They will then walk stage right and perform 2 poses of their choice.

  • They will then walk across to stage left and again perform 2 poses of their choice.

  • They walk back to front of stage, acknowledging the audience and judges before they walk to the back of the stage then proceed off the stage to allow the next competitor to perform their 'T'' walk.

  • Once all competitors have performed their 'T' Walk, they will remain backstage to change into their bikini wear and prepare for round 2 which will be later on in the show.

  • Competitors will have time to change into their bikini suits and heels so need not worry that they will be rushed.

  • Competitors will now be in their bikini suit and heels. They will perform their 'T-Walk and poses as detailed above in round 1

  • Once all competitors have performed their 'T' Walk, they will all be called back onto stage for the comparisons to begin.

  • They will then walk stage right and perform 2 poses of their choice.

  • They will then walk across to stage left and again perform 2 poses of their choice.
